Reservation Information
* The above rates include free full breakfast for up to two persons per room and their children under 17.
* All rates are subject to 8% New Hampshire State Rooms and Meals Tax.
* Each additional person will be charged $10.00.
* Children under 17 stay free when sharing a room with their parents.
* Reservation Guarantee. You may guarantee your reservation with a valid credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.) If you are unable to honor your reservation, you must cancel before 4:00 PM on scheduled day of arrival. If you fail to cancel, one night’s room rate will be charged to your credit card.
* Rates are subject to change without notice.
* Some special events may require a minimum length of stay. Minimum length of stay requirements currently apply during Dartmouth College Graduation, Parents’ Weekend fall foliage season (September 15 to October 31) and other special events.
* Additional charges may also apply during special events.
* Microwave ovens are available for a $5.00 per day.
* Rollaway beds are available for $10.00 per day.
* Check in time is 3:00 PM – Check out time is 11:00 AM.
* We welcome dogs at the Fireside Inn & Suites in selected rooms. There is a $10 per night, per dog fee. Dogs must not be left unattended in the room and cannot be allowed into food service areas, conference facilities or the pool.
